In order to apply you should have either:

• Level 3 NQF/QCF/RQF Diploma / Certificate / Award or GCE/GCSE or any equivalent qualification and OR;
• Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course

1. Introduction to Health and Social Care Management: Overview of healthcare systems, policies, and roles within health and social care settings.
2. Fundamentals of Organizational Development: Introduction to organizational development principles, theories, and practices.
3. Change Management Strategies: Techniques for managing organizational change, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
4. Leadership in Healthcare: Developing leadership skills to drive organizational development and foster a positive work culture.
5. Organizational Culture and Climate: Understanding the impact of organizational culture and climate on performance and employee engagement.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in organizational development initiatives to ensure buy-in and support.

 

 

 

 

Assessment is via assignment submission

The fee for the programme is as follows:

• 6 Months - Accelerated mode @ GBP £1350
• 9 Months - Standard mode @ GBP £1050

The programme offers following fee payment plans:

6 Months programme
● Payment option (a): GBP £450 x 3 monthly instalments
● Payment option (b): GBP £1282.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

9 Months programme
● Payment option (c): GBP £210 x 5 monthly instalments
● Payment option (d): GBP £525 x 2 quarterly instalments
● Payment option (e): GBP £997.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

The qualification is delivered by London School of International Business (LSIB) and it is awarded by an Ofqual-regulated Awarding Body. All of the qualifications are listed on the Ofqual register.
