In order to apply you should have either:

• Level 3 NQF/QCF/RQF Diploma / Certificate / Award or GCE/GCSE or any equivalent qualification and OR;
• Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course

3. Unit 3: Active Listening Skills

   • Importance of empathy and understanding in effective communication

4. Unit 4: Overcoming Communication Barriers

   • Identifying common communication barriers in healthcare
   • Strategies for overcoming language, cultural, and physical barriers

5. Unit 5: Patient-Provider Communication

   • Best practices for communicating with patients and families
   • Building trust and rapport in patient-provider relationships

6. Unit 6: Interdisciplinary Communication

   • Effective communication within interdisciplinary healthcare teams
   • Collaboration strategies for improved patient care

7. Unit 7: Professional Communication

   • Communicating professionally with colleagues, supervisors, and stakeholders

The fee for the programme is as follows:

• 6 Months - Accelerated mode @ GBP £1350
• 9 Months - Standard mode @ GBP £1050

The programme offers following fee payment plans:

6 Months programme
● Payment option (a): GBP £450 x 3 monthly instalments
● Payment option (b): GBP £1282.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

9 Months programme
● Payment option (c): GBP £210 x 5 monthly instalments
● Payment option (d): GBP £525 x 2 quarterly instalments
● Payment option (e): GBP £997.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

The qualification is delivered by London School of International Business (LSIB) and it is awarded by an Ofqual-regulated Awarding Body. All of the qualifications are listed on the Ofqual register.
