4. **Unit 4: Promote Professional Development**
   - Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within your team.
   - Support the professional growth of individuals in health and social care.

5. **Unit 5: Safeguarding and Protection in Care Settings**
   - Recognize signs of abuse and neglect.
   - Implement safeguarding measures to protect vulnerable individuals.

6. **Unit 6: Promote Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion**
   - Promote diversity and inclusion in care services.
   - Address discrimination and create an inclusive environment.

7. **Unit 7: Develop Health and Safety and Risk Management Policies, Procedures, and Practices in Health and Social Care or Children and Young People's Settings**

8. **Unit 8: Understand Professional Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care or Children and Young People's Settings**

9. **Unit 9: Lead Practice in Promoting the Well-being and Resilience of Children and Young People**

10. **Unit 10: Lead and Manage Group Living for Adults**
    - Learn how to manage group living environments for adults in care settings.

Assessment is via assignment submission

The fee for the programme is as follows:

• 6 months - Accelerated mode @ GBP £1250
• 9 months - Standard mode @ GBP £950

The programme offers following fee payment plans:

● Payment option (a): GBP £416 x 3 monthly instalments
● Payment option (b): GBP £1187.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

9 months programme
● Payment option (c): GBP £190 x 5 monthly instalments
