In order to apply you should have either:

• Level 4 diploma or equivalent qualification or; 3 years work experience OR;

   • Introduction to key concepts, roles, and responsibilities.

2. Healthcare Policies and Regulations:

   • Understanding healthcare policies, regulations, and ethical considerations.
   • Compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

3. Effective Communication in Healthcare:

   • Developing communication skills for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
   • Techniques for active listening, empathy, and rapport-building.

4. Team Leadership in Healthcare:

   • Strategies for effective team leadership and management.
   • Motivating and inspiring team members to achieve organizational goals.

5. Quality Improvement in Healthcare:

   • Principles of quality improvement and patient safety.
   • Implementing quality improvement initiatives and measuring outcomes.

6. Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving:

   • Techniques for resolving conflicts and managing challenging situations.
   • Problem-solving skills for addressing issues in healthcare settings.

 

 

 

 

Assessment is via assignment submission

The fee for the programme is as follows:

• 6 Months - Accelerated mode @ GBP £1350
• 9 Months - Standard mode @ GBP £1050

The programme offers following fee payment plans:

6 Months programme
● Payment option (a): GBP £450 x 3 monthly instalments
● Payment option (b): GBP £1282.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

9 Months programme
● Payment option (c): GBP £210 x 5 monthly instalments
● Payment option (d): GBP £525 x 2 quarterly instalments
● Payment option (e): GBP £997.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

The qualification is delivered by London School of International Business (LSIB) and it is awarded by an Ofqual-regulated Awarding Body. All of the qualifications are listed on the Ofqual register.
