In order to apply you should have either:

• Level 5 diploma or equivalent qualification or; 4 years work experience OR;

1. Introduction to Healthcare Information Management Systems:

   • Overview of healthcare information management systems and their importance in modern healthcare.

2. Electronic Health Records (EHR) Management:

   • Principles and practices of managing electronic health records, including data entry, retrieval, and security.

3. Health Information Technology (HIT) Standards and Regulations:

   • Understanding of HIT standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA and HITECH Act.

4. Health Data Analytics:

   • Techniques for analyzing healthcare data to derive insights and inform decision-making processes.

5. Information Governance in Healthcare:

   • Strategies for ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of healthcare information.

6. Health Information Exchange (HIE):

   • Concepts and technologies involved in the exchange of health information between different healthcare organizations.

7. Telehealth and Telemedicine Systems:

   • Overview of telehealth and telemedicine systems, including their implementation and use in healthcare delivery.

8. Data Privacy and Security in Healthcare:

   • Measures to safeguard patient information and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

9. Healthcare Information Systems Implementation:

   • Planning, implementing, and managing healthcare information systems within healthcare organizations.

10. Project Management in Healthcare Information Systems:

    • Principles and practices of project management applied to healthcare information systems projects.

The fee for the programme is as follows:

• 6 Months - Accelerated mode @ GBP £1350
• 9 Months - Standard mode @ GBP £1050

The programme offers following fee payment plans:

6 Months programme
● Payment option (a): GBP £450 x 3 monthly instalments
● Payment option (b): GBP £1282.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

9 Months programme
● Payment option (c): GBP £210 x 5 monthly instalments
● Payment option (d): GBP £525 x 2 quarterly instalments
● Payment option (e): GBP £997.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

The qualification is delivered by London School of International Business (LSIB) and it is awarded by an Ofqual-regulated Awarding Body. All of the qualifications are listed on the Ofqual register.
