In order to apply you should have either:

• This qualification is designed for learners who are typically aged 18 and above. OR;

● Promote communication in health and social care
● Engage in personal development in health, social care or children's and young people's settings
● Promote equality and inclusion in health, social care or children's and young people's settings
● Principles for implementing duty of care in health, social care or children's and young people's settings
● Understand the factors that can influence communication and interaction with individuals who have dementia
● Understand the process and experience of dementia
● Understand the administration of medication to individuals with dementia using a person-centered approach
● Understand the role of communication and interactions with individuals who have dementia
● Understand the diversity of individuals with dementia and the importance of inclusion
● Understand the principles of person-centered assessment and care planning for individuals with dementia.

Assessment is via assignment submission

The fee for the programme is as follows:

• 6 months - Accelerated mode @ GBP £1250
• 9 months - Standard mode @ GBP £950

The programme offers following fee payment plans:

6 months programme
● Payment option (a): GBP £416 x 3 monthly instalments
● Payment option (b): GBP £1187.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

9 months programme
● Payment option (c): GBP £190 x 5 monthly instalments
● Payment option (d): GBP £475 x 2 quarterly instalments
● Payment option (e): GBP £902.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

The qualification is delivered by London School of International Business (LSIB) and it is awarded by an ofqual-regulated awarding body.
